1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Bounce Brothers Inflatables (hereinafter "the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("the Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services

The Company provides inflatable bounce house rentals, party equipment rentals, and related services (delivery, setup, etc.) as described on our website and in our rental agreements.

3. Bookings and Reservations

• Bookings can be made through our website or by contacting us directly.
• A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your reservation.
• Cancellations may be subject to cancellation fees as outlined in our rental agreement.

4. Rental Agreement

• A rental agreement will be provided to you at the time of booking or before the delivery of the equipment.
• You are responsible for reading and understanding the terms of the rental agreement.
• By signing the rental agreement, you agree to comply with all its terms and conditions.

5. Payment

• Payment for rental services is due as outlined in the rental agreement.
• Accepted payment methods are credit card and cash.

6. Delivery and Setup

• The Company will deliver and set up the rental equipment at the designated location.
• You are responsible for ensuring that the location is safe and accessible for delivery and setup.
• Any additional fees for delivery outside our standard service area will be communicated to you before booking.

7. Use of Equipment

• The rental equipment is intended for recreational use only.
• You are responsible for ensuring that the equipment is used safely and in accordance with our safety guidelines.
• Any damage to the equipment caused by misuse or negligence will be your responsibility.

8. Safety

• The Company prioritizes safety.  Safety guidelines will be provided to you with the rental equipment.
• You are responsible for supervising the use of the equipment and ensuring that all participants follow safety rules.

9. Disclaimer

• The Company is not liable for any injuries or damages that may occur during the use of the rental equipment.
• You use the rental equipment at your own risk.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the rental equipment or your breach of these Terms and Conditions. 

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada. 

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.  Updated terms will be posted on our website.
